Huh, new to me: run jupyter notebooks locally entirely in your browser. Including the language kernels, running in the browser using WASM.
You're not going to have the speed of a native interpreter, and you won't have access to remote data or anything. But you're *also* not faced with having to set up Python and Jupyter. And for beginners the speed doesn't matter while the ease of getting started matters a lot.
